 GLASS CLAIMS:
We are approved at the same level as Safelite* for 30+ years with a lifetime warranty through your insurance. Most major insurance companies send their glass claims to an outside claims administrator. The most common is Safelite Solutions, owned by Safelite Auto Glass. State Farm* will use Lynx Services* to process their claims. Please be advised they may incorrectly tell you they don't have any approved repair facilities in Santa Clarita. We have been an approved vendor for both claims administrators for 30 + years. We are also registered with them to provide re-calibration for advanced driver assist systems (ADAS) at our location when applicable. They offer a lifetime warranty on labor and workmanship that covers any work we provide. Provide them with our company name: Santa Clarita Auto Glass, and direct phone number (661) 244-8222. If you want our company to handle your glass replacement. They will email a dispatch directly to our office for billing. You will only be responsible for your deductible after the work has been provided. 

OEM DEALER PARTS:
If you want Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) glass from the dealer. It is recommended that you request OEM glass when you file the claim. Please advise us of the request so we can work on your behalf to get approval and order the OEM parts moving forward. In California, insurance companies are only liable to approve OEM on model year and one year prior. Your insurance policy will state any restrictions applying to your claim in writing. We have had good results in most cases getting approval on OEM parts, especially when (ADAS) is involved. If the insurance doesn't approve the OEM parts, we can have you pay the difference if that is an option. We don't recommend spending any additional expense above your deductible. In most cases, the glass we purchase through our supplier is made by the same manufacturer as the OEM omitting any OEM logos but the same high quality. Every claim has different variables that we will consider and advise you on the best resolution for your situation.


MERCURY:
Some insurance companies like MERCURY* still keep auto glass claims in the house. We can bill them directly on your behalf. If you forward the email you received from them with the claim information directly to us, we will work directly with the in-house adjuster on your behalf.

NEED IT DONE ASAP!
It is recommended to file a claim with your insurance company as soon as possible, but you can have the repairs done out of pocket and request reimbursement from your insurer after the fact. This is helpful in caseswhen you need the work done asap. We require full payment if a claim hasn't been established and approved. 

WINDSHIELD CHIP REPAIR:
In some cases, your Insurance company will approve and pay for windshield chip repairs and waive your deductible. It has become less probable over the years but worth a call to find out. 

WILL MY RATES GO UP?
No! If a rock or other debris caused the damage from the road. Filing a claim for a replacement or repair does not affect your rates and is not considered your fault. Make sure the claim is filed under your comprehensive side of the policy to ensure there are no liability issues.
