Your windshield is a structural part of your vehicle and needs to be installed to a specific standard to maintain the integrity of the vehicle during a collision or a roll over. The Bureau of Auto Repair requires a replacement facility to be licensed. The BAR maintains a record of a repair facilities legal business name or DBA, company address along with the companies business ownership.
Ask for a BAR license, legal company name and business address.
Vehicles are constantly changing and the technology behind a safely installed windshield requires constant training. Make sure your installer is a certified or trained installer.
Ask for a certificate of training.
Be aware of who installing your glass. With our company our customer service personnel and installers are one in the same. This allows us to better determine necessary information needed for a professional replacement and have a constant line of communication with our customers. It has been brought to our attention that many shops are using excellent sales personnel along with substandard technicians.
Ask for the installers name and years of experience.
Last but not least as you know you get what you pay for. As a business we can't be upset when we loose customers to another business of equal structure to ours. We are concerned when an unlicensed and or unaccredited business take customers away with unreasonable pricing.
Please note: As of right now we are doing all of our installations in a controlled environment at our shop in Valencia. This is mainly for quality control issues due to the advancements in windshield technology. We understand the convenience of mobile service. Be aware that you are responsible and liable for any uninsured workers on your property. Remember they are working with glass and without proper coverage you and or your insurance company can be liable if there is an injury.

This windshield was installed by us a year or so before a 4 X 4 went through it on the freeway. During our replacement of this destroyed glass we noted 100% of the seal holding it in remained bonded to the car, allowing the windshield to perform properly during this freak accident.
